YTrading
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms describe the YTrading public website and member services. They are separate from the detailed trading-risk and product information in the Fine print.
1. YTrading services
YTrading is a trading education and technology brand. It provides public information and member features that can include accounts, Room, messages, support, copy-status information, licence records, and OS requests. YTrading is not a broker, exchange, bank, asset manager, or investment adviser.
2. Accounts and account security
Members must provide accurate account information, use an account they are authorized to control, and protect their Google account, device, session, and any multi-factor or recovery information. A member is responsible for activity through the member's session until it is signed out or revoked. Attempts to bypass authentication, role checks, rate limits, or account separation are prohibited.
3. Acceptable use and prohibited abuse
Do not use YTrading to break the law, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, probe another account, distribute malware, scrape or resell protected content, spam, harass, or submit secrets and identity documents the application does not request. Do not attempt to obtain private member, administrative, or system information.
4. Messages and community content
Members remain responsible for text they submit through messages, Room, support, reviews, and request fields. YTrading may moderate, hide, limit, or remove content and may mute or ban Room access to protect members and the service. Room posts are community communications, not verified trade instructions or investment advice.
5. Support, licences, and OS requests
Support and OS-request forms are communication workflows. A request, status, licence record, PC-name submission, or administrative acknowledgement does not by itself complete a sale or collect payment. This application does not collect card, bank, or cryptocurrency payment details. Any future direct software sale or payment feature will require updated product terms and an appropriate checkout and review process before activation.
6. Copy-trading information and third-party services
Copy-status and setup information may help a member use a separately controlled account with a third-party broker or platform. The public website does not place or execute trades, hold funds, provide custody, or open a broker or exchange account. Third-party providers apply their own eligibility, KYC, pricing, execution, custody, availability, and terms.
The website does not request broker passwords, investor passwords, exchange API secrets, or withdrawal keys. Members must never submit those credentials to YTrading. Account-number, broker, platform, or server references used in member workflows are not authorization for YTrading to control an account.
7. Trading risk and no investment advice
Trading, leveraged products, copy trading, and automated systems can produce substantial losses, including the loss of the entire trading account. Slippage, spread, fees, outages, rejected orders, disconnected devices, and different account conditions can cause results to differ. YTrading content is informational and is not personal investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Read the Fine print and risk disclosure before using copy-related information.
8. No guarantee of performance or availability
Past results do not guarantee future results. YTrading does not promise profit, a particular trade, identical fills, uninterrupted availability, error-free copy behavior, or continuous access to any feature. Features may be paused, changed, restricted, or discontinued for operational, security, product, or third-party reasons.
9. Suspension and termination
YTrading may suspend or terminate access, revoke sessions, restrict a role, or remove content when reasonably needed to address abuse, security risk, unlawful use, repeated disruption, or a serious breach of these terms. A member may stop using the service and sign out at any time.
10. Changes to the service or these terms
YTrading may update the service and these terms as the product changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version is published means the member uses the service under that version; a person who does not agree should stop using the service.
11. Privacy and related documents
The Privacy Policy explains how YTrading handles information, including Google user data. The Fine print contains more detailed product, compensation, and trading-risk information. These documents remain distinct and should be read together where applicable.
12. Questions
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the signed-in Help ticket path at /app/tickets. YTrading does not publish a private Owner email or a separate public legal-office address.
