Fine print
YTrading is a software desk. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a bank, not a money-services business, and not your asset manager. Nothing on ytrading.co, in Messages, on the Floor, or in the Agentic Auto Trading Operating System is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of profit.
Who I am and what this site does
I operate YTrading so that people who open a free account can, when I turn copy ON, receive copies of trades I place on markets I enable. Today the public copy market is gold (XAUUSD) on MetaTrader 5. Crypto copy on Binance is planned on the same account after I test it. Until I turn a market’s copy link ON, that market is not copied.
YTrading does not open your broker account, does not hold your money, does not withdraw from your accounts, and does not guarantee that a ticket on my screen will appear on yours at the same price or at all.
Copy trading
Copy trading means a ticket from my master account may be sent to your linked account if all of the following are true: you have a YTrading account in good standing; you have linked the venue I enabled; I have turned that market’s copy ON; your copy connection and terminal or API are online; your broker or exchange accepts the order.
If any of those fail — including a dropped internet link, a closed laptop, AutoTrading off, a missing symbol, a rejected lot size, or a dead copy agent — you will not receive the trade. A ticket that arrives late, at a worse price, or not at all is not a breach by YTrading. Slippage, spread, commission, swap, and exchange fees are yours.
You may turn copy off. You may close or reverse any ticket on your own terminal. You remain solely responsible for every order on accounts in your name, including tickets that originated as copies.
Compensation (rebate and commission)
I may be paid when you open or fund an account through a link I share, or when you copy trades I enable. That pay can include introducing-broker rebate, spread or volume rebate, and copy or referral commission from the venue you use.
The rate is set by that venue and can change. This page does not quote a fixed rebate or commission.
That pay is my income. It is not your profit, not a refund of your losses, and not a reason to trade. You do not pay it as a separate fee to YTrading. Your costs remain whatever your own broker or exchange charges (spread, commission, swap, slippage).
YTrading does not promise that copy tickets will match mine in price, size, or result. A copied trade can lose money while I am paid on volume or because you are linked.
Messages and notices
By creating an account you agree that YTrading may message you inside this site about your account, copy-trading status, licence, and support.
You also agree that we may send occasional product and community notices to the email on your account (new features, live sessions, education). This is not investment advice and not a promise of profit.
You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time via Messages or the email on your account. Account and safety notices may still be sent while your account is open.
We will not sell your email. We will not message you on Telegram, WhatsApp, or social apps from this site unless you gave that contact yourself.
No managed account
YTrading is not a managed-account service, not a signal subscription sold as regulated advice, and not a pooled fund. I do not owe you a particular strategy, a particular number of trades, or a particular result. I may turn copy OFF at any time, pause, flatten, change lot rules, or stop publishing trades, without notice.
Past results
Any figure you see on the Floor, in a journal excerpt, on a chart screenshot, or in a live stream is historical and may be incomplete. It is not a forecast. Win rate, profit, and drawdown from my accounts do not predict your accounts. Your fill will often differ from mine.
Risk of loss
Gold, foreign exchange, CFDs, and crypto futures are leveraged products. You can lose more than you expect, including all money on that account, and in some account types more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. If you do not understand the instrument or the copy mechanism, do not link an account.
The Operating System
The YTrading-Agentic Auto Trading Operating System is software I use — and may later license — for analysis, manual send, automated strategies, and coordinated execution on supported MT5 and Binance accounts that the operator owns or is permitted to use. Creating a free YTrading account does not give you the OS, does not give you my API keys, and does not give you control of my accounts.
If you later buy or are granted the OS, you use it at your own risk on accounts you control. I am not liable for a strategy that loses money, a missed entry, a double ticket, a flattened position, a disconnected bridge, or a decision you confirm with Send. Automated strategies can be wrong. Analysis can be wrong. You must not treat the OS as a guaranteed profit engine.
Your accounts and keys
Broker logins, investor passwords, and exchange API keys stay on your machines or in stores you control. You must use trade-only keys where the venue allows it and must not grant withdraw permissions to YTrading. You are responsible for securing your devices, your desk login, and your API secrets. If you paste a key into a form, you accept that risk.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and allowed to use your broker and exchange. You must not use YTrading if your local law forbids copy trading, CFDs, or crypto derivatives. I may refuse, suspend, or delete an account that looks abusive, automated-against-the-desk, or unlawful. I do not have to give a reason beyond what the law requires.
Floor and Messages
The Floor shows public, sanitized activity and country signup counts. It is not a live broker feed. Messages are operational notes (copy ON/OFF, account help). They are not trade instructions you should follow with money unless you have already chosen to copy through the desk.
Intellectual property
The site, the desk, the OS, names, layout, and text are mine or licensed to me. You may not copy the product, scrape the Floor for resale, or present YTrading as your own platform.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTrading and I are not liable for lost profits, lost trades, missed copies, disconnected laptops, wrong lots, server downtime, or third-party broker or exchange failures. If a court finds liability anyway, it is limited to the amount you paid YTrading for software in the three months before the claim, or twenty US dollars if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify YTrading and me against claims that arise from your accounts, your keys, your local law, or your use of copy or the OS.
No warranty
The desk and the OS are provided as is. I do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free copy, or fitness for a particular trading result.
Changes
I may change these terms. The Fine print page always shows the current text and the last updated date. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, turn copy OFF, unlink your accounts, and stop using the site.
